Scenic Sauna

Scenic Sauna is set within the grounds of Far Peak, in the heart of the beautiful Cotswolds. Run by husband and wife, osteopath/yoga teacher and Wim Hof Method instructor, this woodland spa alternative features a Finnish barrel sauna, three temperature-controlled ice baths, cold rainfall shower, outdoor relaxation spaces and covered studio for regular yoga and breathwork classes, as well as retreat days and special events hosted monthly.
